TIOBE Software’s Products

The proverb “the proof of the pudding is in the eating” applies perfectly to software quality. Because only after a software product has been shipped, the true quality of a software product reveals itself. Using TIOBE Software’s products, your organization can make sure you don’t leave it to your customer to find the bugs in your code.

We offer multiple products that can help your organization take your software quality to the next level.

  • In case you are just starting out with software quality principles in your organization, it might be a good idea to first have a look at the two types of Quality Assessments we offer. The Quality Assessments are one-time measurements of the software quality of your projects, and are based on the ISO/IEC 25010 standard. Assessments come with a report containing a grade between A and F, indications of where in the code base improvements have to be made to increase overall quality, and how their improvements can be made most effectively. We also offer the opportunity to have your software TÜViT Certfified. You can find our assessments here: TQI Quality Assessment and Trusted Product Maintainability Assessment.
  • If you already have an idea of where your organization stands regarding software quality, or prefer to continuously monitoring, we also offer our TiCS Framework. TiCS integrates all your software quality data into one overview that can be used by both managers and engineers. It also generates a quality label for your software (our TIOBE Quality Indicator), which shows you the current level of quality of your projects. More information can be found on this page: TiCS Framework.

If you are interested in which programming languages we support, or which code checkers can be used as part of our TiCS framework, more information can be found on this page: TiCS Fact Sheet.
